My favorite word in Italian started Art Design Allora.
Contrary to popular belief, Allora is more than a filler word, inviting a sense of forward movement. In the way Italy is more than a vacation holiday for historical tourism, the way forward from the land of my ancestors is to weave the roots of every inspiration in my art and designs.
For the grammatically inclined: Allora comes from Latin ad illa horam (at that time) and means precisely that, when talking about the past. Allora means “then” in several senses of the word, in that case, at that time, and so, and well. A form of acceptance and continuance. Bellissima!
